View fullsize The corporate interiors for the 45th floor were designed to be slightly more up-to-date, progressive, and edgy. View fullsize TMA developed a concept of raw materials in contrast with refined details during the early stages to fulfill this “edgier” aesthetic. A large boardroom with a custom live edge table seats 28 people, and perimeter banquette seats another 18 people. View fullsize In order to illustrate the client’s global presence, the TMA designed a back-lit perforated metal screen of the world’s map and illuminated pegs to mark the company’s locations. View fullsize Benching workstations make up the majority of the seat count, which is exposed to beautiful Central Park views. There is also an executive suite and a combination of private offices and conference rooms on the perimeter and interior of the building.
