We created a slightly edgier and more progressive office space that incorporated raw materials against clean, simple, and monochromatic details.
The corporate interiors for the 45th floor were designed to be slightly more up-to-date, progressive, and edgy.
TMA developed a concept of raw materials in contrast with refined details during the early stages to fulfill this “edgier” aesthetic. A large boardroom with a custom live edge table seats 28 people, and perimeter banquette seats another 18 people.
In order to illustrate the client’s global presence, the TMA designed a back-lit perforated metal screen of the world’s map and illuminated pegs to mark the company’s locations.
Benching workstations make up the majority of the seat count, which is exposed to beautiful Central Park views. There is also an executive suite and a combination of private offices and conference rooms on the perimeter and interior of the building.
The open loft ceiling above the workstations is clean and minimal.
This modern meeting room incorporates wooden accents against a dark palette and overlooks the company branding displays.
A suite of amenities promotes wellness and relaxation among employees.
These amenities include a large catering café, full gym with locker rooms, and resting room.
