We have Fun
We approach our work rigorously, but we also know how to have fun. Many of our team members are close friends both in and out of the office. We share both our professional and personal successes and life achievements together. We have numerous firmwide social events and parties throughout the year that help build trust and accountability among team members.

Collaboration is a principle value in our organization. We believe that effective teamwork is one of the key ingredients to our success. By meeting frequently both formally and informally, our project teams work in sync.
We are Versatile
As a firm, we value versatility. Along with their expertise in the architectural and design fields, many of our team members are talented artists, writers, photographers, and more. Similarly, we take a multi-disciplinary approach to our projects. We have architects, project managers, designers, workplace strategists, furniture consultants, and change managers who can speak to a project from different angles.
We are Accessible
We pride ourselves on being accessible to each other and our clients at all times. As a mid-sized firm, our teams don’t get bogged down in layers of hierarchy. We believe that everyone on our team should have a voice and be able to contribute to a project’s success. In addition, senior leadership has an open-door policy for staff and are always available to our clients. Our streamlined organizational structure also allows us to respond nimbly to project issues.
We Value Wellbeing
For us, wellbeing is not just a buzzword. We consider it in every organizational decision we make. Weekly yoga classes, storage space for bikes, participation in an app-based wellness and meditation program, and providing all employees with fresh fruit and healthy snacks are all concrete steps we have taken to address well-being. A better physical and mental wellbeing results in happier, more focused, and ultimately more productive employees.
