Jennifer Adams, LEED AP
Associate, Senior Design Director

Jennifer’s portfolio of experience encompasses a wide range of financial, commercial and institutional interior design projects over her career. As Senior Design Director, Jennifer leads her design team in creating the perfect space for each individual client’s needs. Her specialties include space planning, programming and concept development. Her other areas of expertise include Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Driven by Design
Studying sculpture and art history in college, I entered the architectural profession through a lens that space is simply a series of malleable forms from which you can evoke a feeling or idea. Working with three dimensional volumes, texture and light to express a verbal idea is a powerful tool we as designers can harness to create inspiring and unique spaces. Deciphering a client’s vision and translating that into a physical space is what fuels my passion as a designer and what I find most exciting our day to day practice.

Favorite pastime
Like my approach to design, cooking and baking has always been a creative outlet where one can essentially create something out of nothing. I love to create unique and visually appealing dishes for family and friends. I also enjoy true crime and historical fiction novels, yoga and abstract painting in my spare time.
