marketing coordinator – NEW YORK

We are looking for a creative, organized, self-motivated professional to join our growing team as a Marketing Coordinator at Ted Moudis Associates and help take our marketing effort to the next level. The ideal candidate is personable and driven, with strong communication design skills and a passion for learning new things.

General Responsibility:

  • Work with senior leadership on opportunities to develop qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials within TMA’s guidelines.

  • Focus on strategy, content development, consistency, and assembling and delivering marketing documents.

  • Maintain and manage marketing collateral, including templates, digital asset library, project descriptions, resumes, and other materials.

  • Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral.

  • Assist in updating and managing company database.

  • Support Marketing Team, as needed, on additional efforts including graphic design, public relations, digital media, event coordination and social media opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience working with proposals, preferably for an A/E/C firm

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign in particular

  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • Database experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good time management skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or communications

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and follow-up

  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box

  • Enthusiastic Team Player who is flexible and interested in learning new things
