Actively involved and hands-on right from the beginning, Team Leader Omar Bustamante does his due diligence on the client, and oversees the budget, schedule, and deliverables from start to finish. While Omar collaborates with the design team and consultants from project kick-off through design development to ensure that the design meets all timelines and cost parameters, he gets more intimately involved with construction documents and construction administration. He contributes his drafting and detailing expertise to the creation of documents, reviews and approves shop submittals and drawings, and supervises construction of the interiors.

With 24 years of experience in architecture and interior design of corporate offices, broadcast studios, and healthcare facilities, Omar can run a project expertly on deadline to completion, ensuring that all proper protocols are followed. He uses his wisdom to foresee potential challenges and make sound decisions to keep the project on track and precisely coordinated with all stakeholders, while managing their expectations. Omar has used his technical knowledge on projects that have required advanced information technology and audio-visual integration between multiple locations, as well as large and complex projects that incorporated post-COVID design for employees returning to the workplace.
