Ray Sell
Associate, Team Leader

Ray has over 20 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and project management focusing on office interiors, high-end retail, and residential spaces. As team leader, Ray serves as the primary contact with clients, external consultants and vendors. He prepares proposals and preliminary schedules for durations of projects. He also manages all aspects of the project including the direction of the overall scope of services as well as design and planning objectives from site analysis and programming through project administration and closeout. Ray plays a vital role in providing superior customer focused architectural services.

Art and Architecture
As an artist and natural problem solver, my favorite part of interior design and architecture is being presented with a space and being given the opportunity to come up with the most aesthetically pleasing and functional solution for our client. My approach to solving each projects’ unique set of challenges is investigatory in nature and often requires a bit of trial and error before I find the perfect solution. Nothing beats the feeling when all of the pieces fall into place, and I see all of my hard work come to fruition. I take great pride in my contribution to the creation of the amazing interiors created by my team at TMA. In addition to architecture, I have a passion for art. I’ve been creating art for as long as I can remember, and have had my work shown in galleries and art fairs all across the U.S. and in Ireland. I work in mixed media, combining painting and collage inspired by vintage images.
