receptionist
Ted Moudis Associates is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for our New York office.
General Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Meet and greet visitors
Schedule conference rooms for client and in-house meetings using Outlook
Initiate all conference call requirements using Zoom
Complete file labels using Word for administrative staff
Back up Office Services in assisting with messenger and Federal Express requests.
Assist administration and marketing departments with projects as needed
Requirements:
Candidate must have 1 to 3 years of recent reception experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Candidate must possess a positive attitude and calm demeanor
Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
Ability to work independently and responsibly under stressful situations
Ability to effectively handle multiple situations simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with particular demonstrated strength in Outlook calendar
