Fiserv new York
“Drawing inspiration from Fiserv’s mission, TMA wove a theme of strong contrasts and angles to indicate movement throughout the workspace.”
– Rachel Robinson, Design Director
Combining the inherent warmth of wood with pure whites and striking blues for contrast, TMA integrated angles to create flow and directionality in reception and throughout the workspace.
The Client Experience Center includes floor-to-ceiling, audio-visual interactive displays for wireless presentations with integrated lighting and voice-lift capabilities. The rooms are set up with casual, soft seating to produce a more comfortable, living room atmosphere.
The Center has a divisible wall that retracts into the ceiling, allowing the room to function as a single room or two separate rooms.
A catered food facility immediately outside of the Client Experience Center offers convenient service.
TMA used a rustic sap walnut wood finish on private office and conference room tables.
In Fiserv’s executive wing, dining and living rooms have ceiling wood panels installed on an angle and lined with black faux-beams.
A knife edge detail was incorporated in the wooden frame around the coffee bar, as well as in the reception signage and desk.
The workspace contains both private offices and open-plan workstations along the exteriors with abundant natural light filtering through.
Comprehensive conceptual/schematic spatial analysis and layouts were executed for a more flexible workplace environment.
TMA adhered to sustainable best practices through furniture/building material selections, LED lighting for energy efficiency, and maximized ceilings to enhance daylight and views.
